| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Delivery Schedule If you chose the Standard delivery option, provided all the items you ordered are in stock, and your credit/debit card details are cleared you should receive your order in 5-7 working days by Royal Mail. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted on the customers PC when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption JAVA applet. They are only decrypted and manually processed after they reach our secure computer. They are not held in clear text on any Web site. No card processing is carried out online. We at cocot.co.uk believe this is the most secure way of protecting our customers, and processing payments. | Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with any products you buy because of manufacturing defect, misrepresentation, or wrong product shipped due to our error, please contact our Sales Manager or Customer Services. Please note that when returning an item/items, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore suggest that any returns are sent via a delivery method that offers insurance to the value of the item being returned. Remember to enclose your name, address, and telephone number with your parcel when returning goods. All refunds will be made in UK Pounds Sterling after the product(s) has/have been returned. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods, packaging and the labels are not damaged. The return postage will not be refunded. This will be done within 30 days of your cancellation. |
